Alvin H. Kim graduated from SUNY, Binghamton University (B.A., 2011) and received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 2014). Over the course of his career, Mr. Kim has handled countless civil litigation cases from intake to resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim was an associate at a prominent personal injury law firm where he consistently obtained favorable outcomes for victims injured in various tort claims, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. He then went on to serve as lead counsel where he spent many years representing individuals, corporations and limited liability companies with respect to complex litigation actions arising from personal injury claims, contractual disputes, commercial disputes, the Consumer Fraud Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Kim is well versed in both plaintiff and defense litigation, effectively adept at navigating and understanding nuances and strategic objectives of both sides at all stages of litigation. He has successfully advocated for his clients before the Courts of numerous New Jersey counties and has secured favorable results at all levels of litigation. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey Association for Justice.
