Kozyra & Hartz, LLC is proud to announce the swearing-in of our partner, Judith A. Hartz, as President, of the Essex County Bar Association at the Annual Installation & Achievement Awards Reception on April 22, 2015 at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, New Jersey.
