Lane W. Legband graduated from the University of Scranton (B.S., 2017) and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School (J.D., 2021). While in law school, Mr. Legband interned for the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey. Following graduation, Mr. Legband served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Julie M. Marino, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family and Criminal Divisions. Mr. Legband handles a variety of different matters, primarily focused in family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, equitable distribution and other related issues. Mr. Legband is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Legband is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
